My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District was generally pleasant, with friendly staff and a nice location near attractions. However, the excessive noise from the nearby nightclub was quite disruptive, particularly on weekends. While the rooms were spacious and clean, I felt the hotel lacked modern amenities given the price point.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Courtyard By Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but my stay was marred by a few cleanliness issues and some confusion about room amenities. Overall, while the location was great, I expected more consistency in service and room upkeep.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and quite comfortable, featuring a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a big desk. However, upon arrival, I did find a dirty towel in the bathroom, which was pretty disappointing.
Service
8.0
The staff at the front desk were lovely, especially Courtney, who helped me with my luggage. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the rollaway bed, which caused a bit of hassle during my stay. Luckily, it was resolved when I returned for the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore New Orleans. It's also within walking distance to the port, which was a plus after my cruise.

5.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the Courtyard By Marriott New Orleans in the Warehouse Arts District. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the location was great, close to the French Quarter and other attractions. However, I was overwhelmed by noise from a nearby nightclub that disrupted my sleep, and the cleanliness of my room didn’t meet expectations. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects but would consider staying somewhere quieter next time.

Rooms
5.0
The room was decent enough, but there was a stench when I walked in, and I found body hairs in the bedding which made me question the cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the view of the courtyard was nice.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally nice and responsive, though I felt a bit dismissed when I raised concerns about my noisy room. The valet service was nice—they remembered my name and were very helpful.
Location
7.0
The location is excellent for walking to local attractions like the Riverwalk and the French Quarter. However, being near loud clubs disrupted my ability to sleep, which was frustrating.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was standard for a Marriott Courtyard, but I enjoyed the freshly prepared eggs. However, I think the price for parking was a bit steep at $28 per day.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel boasted a nice pool area, but I found the state of the room's upkeep lacking, such as the dirty shower curtain liner. Overall, the facilities felt average.
